1. Company information
www.sachajuan.com is provided by SACHAJUAN Haircare AB, Sweden, with Business Registration Number 556646-8152. Information and images on the website are owned by the company or partner and may not be copied without permission.

2. Prices
Each item is listed including VAT in GBP. In the cart you can see the total price including VAT, delivery cost and payment.

3. Payment
Payment is made at checkout. Payment is accepted by Visa or MasterCard. Payment of your debit card takes place immediately. The payment method is provided by Bambora together with its partners.

4. Cookies
A cookie is a text file sent from a webpage to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store e.g. login information or your shopping cart when browsing around different websites. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change this under settings in your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to save personal information about you.

5. Force Majeure
Force Majeure such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious contagion or other extent that a party has no control over which prevents a party from fulfilling its obligations and releasing a party from it. Such exemption applies, provided that the activities cannot be carried out under these conditions. The counterparty shall be immediately informed of circumstances that may apply this provision.

6. Changes to Contract Terms
After the customer has completed a purchase, SACHAJUAN Haircare AB is not entitled to change the terms of the current purchase unless otherwise agreed.

7. Disputes & laws
British law shall apply to all purchases under these terms and conditions. Dispute of purchase under these terms and conditions shall be exclusively investigated by the British General Court.


1. Delivery & Delivery Methods
We deliver your goods with DPD. Free standard delivery on all orders above £65. Orders below £65 will have a delivery charge of £6 (within UK) per parcel added to all orders. Delivery charge for parcels to Ireland is £14.50.

2. Deliveries
Orders placed before 12.00 are processed the same day and are usually shipped within 3-4 days. Delivery will be made directly to the address you have specified at the time of purchase.

3. Damaged goods and complaints
When getting your goods, it's important that you check so the goods are not damaged or incorrect. Should the product be incorrect or damaged contact us as soon as possible by e-mail to customerservice@sachajuan.com for further instructions.

4. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
As a customer, you have the right to undo your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the goods can be returned in original packaging products are unopened, and are in a substantially unchanged condition. You have the right to open the delivery, but products contained within should not be opened or used. When using a right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return freight.

5. Repayment obligation
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount of the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the item.

6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, it is up to you to pay the freight for returning items, however we will cover freight of the new goods to you.


Privacy, Security & Personal Information
In connection with your order, you agree that SACHAJUAN Haircare AB stores and uses your information. We do this to fulfill our commitments to you. SACHAJUAN will not disclose your personal information to third parties. We reserve the right to use your email for state marketing and newsletters.

We will keep your data for as long as it is necessary to process your order or perform any services requested by you, or for a longer period of time if required by law or if necessary to resolve any disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or to enforce our terms and conditions.
